Terrific service! My gas furnace had an issue on Sunday. I left a message, and Chad got back to me quickly. After a bit of discussion, I decided to wait until Monday for repairs, as the rates were a whole lot less. Chad was very up front about rates (which other online reviews say are really good), and that was appreciated, as was the quick call back. When your heat is in potential jeopardy, speedy response is important.
I called on Monday morning, and he was here before noon. The blower was malfunctioning, and it seems good as new now, even with the furnace being over twenty years old.
